In-store Opening Hours:
Monday: 7.30am – 11.30am
Wednesday: 11.00am – 2.00pm
Friday: 7.30am – 9.30am (by appointment only)
All new students are required to book a uniform fitting appointment. Information on scheduling appointments is included in Orientation Packs. For incoming Year 7 students, fitting appointments are scheduled in November.
Orders made online are available for pick-up from College Reception. Please allow two full business days during term time before collecting your order from the Uniform Shop.
For instance:
- Orders placed over the weekend will likely be available for pick-up from College Reception on Tuesday.
- Orders placed on Wednesday afternoon during term time will be available from College Reception Friday afternoon.
Winter:
All students in Years 7-12 are required to wear a college blazer during Terms 2 and 3. If students choose to wear the shirt and pant uniform option, they are required to wear the long pants during Terms 2 and 3.
Summer:
All students in Years 7-12 are not required to wear the blazer or long pants during Terms 1 and 4.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Mount Alvernia College (“School”) and users (“You” or “User”) of the online uniform shop, La Sartoria (“Online Shop”). By accessing or using the Online Shop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Online Shop.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using La Sartoria, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds on uniform items purchased from La Sartoria are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the item received is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you identify any issues.
Size Selection
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the correct size is selected when making a purchase. Please refer to the measurement guides provided for each uniform item to ensure accurate sizing.
Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email UniformShop@mta.qld.edu.au to discuss further. Provide, a description of the problem, and any relevant supporting documentation, such as photographs of damaged items.
- Authorization: Once your request is received, we will assess the eligibility for a refund or exchange. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.
- Return the Item: Return the damaged or defective item in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving authorization.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported damage or defect.
- Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange, as per your preference.
